About WE Citizens

I wish to talk about the new Application WE, WE Movement of Positivity. There is an application for every citizen who wants to get engaged into the development of their city and ward obviously their society and the country. The application is simple: it allows every citizen to raise issues of concern to citizens such as cleanness, sanitation, the situation of roads, infrastructure & lights. It gives direct access to individuals to their decision makers whether their counselor, MLA, MP, commissioner of the city or mayor etc. There is an excellent opportunity for young politicians who also want to show our display of their constructive work. WE Movement of positivity is an application that brings citizens & the administration and binds them in the cause of nation development. Let me extend my Heartiest Congratulations to Mr. Mate & Raj Deshmukh.

"WE" app is a very novel & innovative way to attract youth towards building our democracy. It gives creative and constructive platform for alert citizens, responsible corporates, dedicated NGOs, responsive Government authorities & budding politicians to participate actively in betterment of their neighbourhood & city. It is based on power of collaboration & creates problem solving attitude. It reminded me of one of the dialogues from the movie Rang De Basanti " कोई भी देश परफेक्ट नही होता , उसे बेहतर बनाना पडता है". So youngsters, dont just criticise & judge our systems & democracy, improve it by your active participation through 'WE'. Always remember what Gandhiji said- be the change, you want to see in the world.

“WE” app is a much needed platform for the youth today to feel a sense of community. It’s a gentle reminder that as human beings , our journey is not meant to be self-centred but rather collective. Its very important to learn the art of coexisting and more conscious living . How we treat our immediate environment is a big reflection of who we are within and our journey. I’m humbled and proud to be a part of “WE” and see myself actively involved in bringing the dimension of meditation and creativity to the “WE”.
